The President will provide leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry. Develop a strategic plan to advance the company's mission, objectives, to promote revenue, profitability & growth as an organization. Responsible for planning, sales & marketing.
Age below -42 years, Engineer/Grad + MBA (only from IIM/FMS/ISB/ /Symbiosis/MDI/XLRI/ XIM), 15+ years exp. at a strategic role in sales & marketing from FMCG or Durable industry. Exp.in large national level Dealer Network environment, sales, marketing and brand management. Must have proven track records especially having media exposure in his / her profile.
Position reporting to the board and have a team of 250+ direct reportees.
