·Ensure optimum outlet extraction through market inputs

·Deploy LRE/promoters/IBO’s  

·Ensure availability through adherence to placement norms

·Ensure visibility through optimum marketing elements

·Ensure recommendation at retail through product knowledge & market hygiene


Lead People

Career progression

·Leading team of 10-12 incumbents for given geography

·Empower & engage team members through appraisals & skill building

·Facilitate recruitment, onboarding & mentoring


Lead Knowledge

·Training & coaching team (Distribution & Retail) on processes, policies & soft skills

·Training & coaching team on technology, products and IT systems

·Training need identification and skill enhancement

Empower teams to facilitate business through periodic RCA & action planning


Ideal Candidate

.Preference given to people with 2-4 years’ experience in Sales and Distribution management with a consumer durable company/Telecom/FMCG

.MBA or equivalent degree from tier 1 institutes
