This is a strategic role with ownership of Strategic Alliances and Partnerships for PhonePe
Identify and execute on opportunities for strategic partnerships & manage existing alliances to help drive new customer acquisition, market penetration and brand visibility
Cultivate relationships with top management. Identify/Meet Key decision makers (including CXOs) in partner org and establish effective business relationships
Negotiate hard with the strategic partners to get the best possible deal with focus on long term gains
Create and implement a monthly marketing plan for alliances
Develop deep and long standing relationship, ensuring high mindshare from partners
Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, engineering, operations, finance & legal) to operationalize and manage strategic initiatives/campaigns
What kind of person are we looking for:
Looking for smart, enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates with 3 to 8 years work experience for forging new partnerships and alliances to help scale PhonePe Marketplace
Proven sales / partnerships / business development chops. In any capacity. You have negotiated and won deals (of any kind) as part of your work. And you have done that while being under pressure to deliver.
Hunger to excel and prove yourself. Very Strong interpersonal skills and Good presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial, ability to think in parallel, and an ability to get work done both internally within the company, and externally, with customers and partners. Timeliness if very important to us, so an ability to manage timelines is essential
Education Preference : Tier 1 MBA / Tier 1 Technical Institute with relevant experience.
