Role Dimensions



  • Develop and implement various marketing  & brand management strategies for Domestic Marketing.
  • Coordinate with respective teams for implementing different marketing strategies as per the geographical needs.
  • Also collaborate with cross functional teams, internally which includes product development, supply chain, operations and finance team etc..
  • Responsible for brand portfolio decisions and brand mix development including brand definition & proposition, advertising, pricing, packaging, place and promotion and new product launches  for each category & brand.
  • Accountable for Brand Innovation for all geographies.
  • Responsible to handle the Marketing budget of 18 Crores.



Ideal Candidate


  • MBA with 12+ years of experience in Marketing from FMCG companies (Min 4 years in FMCG)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams
  • Very Strong experience in Marketing, New product Performance, Brand Equity, team Building etc..
