We are looking for an operations and technology resource for our digital At-Home Business. This is a digital business and therefor looking for persons with prior operations experience in digital and/or technology driven businesses.
The role will entail:
Defining the operations processes and KPIs; and tracking the business against them.
Managing the back end administration of the solution and work with the customer service team on a 24/7 basis to deliver smooth operations. Work with mobile app developer for technical changes and application maintenance.
Setting up business operations will include empanelling managing external vendors (logistics service providers, background check service providers, printers, practicing solution providers etc.) and back end integration where required.
Collaborate with customer service, training and sales teams to troubleshoot and improve operations processes on a continuous basis.
Coordinating with external teams to maintain and manage the IT infrastructure.
Strong background in customer facing operations with at least +3 years experience in this field; with total work experience of 5-7 years.
Prior work experience in digital businesses like mobile applications start-ups would be preferred
Looking for someone familiar with technology and back end systems
This role will report directly to the Business Head of the At Home Vertical.
