•Working with MD with the weekly, monthly and quarterly review, collecting the data/facts, analyzing these to find the root cause of business problem and forwarding the key findings to the management.
•Tracks all the task forces and special projects running in the organization. Follows up with them on status update and timely closure of action items.
•Updating the Monthly Business Reports & Presentations and organize Monthly Direct Report Meetings, preparing its agenda & circulation. To track budgeted vs actual and do variance analysis.
•Regular interaction with the Functional Heads on the issues related to the business and maintains necessary flow of information to and from them and providing inputs wherever desired.
•Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the leadership team to complete work assignments, influence outcomes and ensure that critical deadlines are met and projects are completed.
•Position requires working with other teams without direct reporting team and ensuring good working relationship
•Planning and execution of small projects with minimal supervision
•Act as a highly effective and helpful interface between the Senior Partner and internal and external callers (principally comprising clients, professional contacts, partners, staff members and the media)
•Conduct market visit to capture the business requirement and share with senior management to take informed decisions.
•Be part of monthly business meeting and review to capture the minutes and follow up with senior management.
•Part of the Task Force and Special Projects spearheaded from MD’s office.
