Job Profile: Director - Growth Marketing Roles and Responsibilities ● Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy from customer acquisition through customer retention to grow the user base by 5x-10x across multiple acquisition channels both offline and online ● Uncover creative and non-traditional means to capitalize on untapped sources and clusters of users ● A minimalist approach to growth and customer acquisition through setting up and iterating experiments to test hypotheses to ensure that the marketing spends and KPIs are pacing to the goal ● Detail to customer behaviour, perception management and product messaging ● Prioritize reach-out channels on numerous parameters such as return on marketing spend, TAT, budget, etc. ● Work effectively across multiple internal teams (product, operations, creative, engineering, etc.) to deliver successful end-to-end campaign definition, development and execution ● Measure and optimize conversion funnels, campaign effectiveness, return on marketing spend and campaign ROI ● Build and expand relationships with external partners, vendors and traffic sources ● Recruit the best talent and build-up a high performance growth marketing team consistent with our values by orienting and training them Desired Qualities - We are eager to work with you if you... ● think about target audiences, their needs, their behaviour and partnerships from first principles to achieve 5-10x current performance ● have consistently outperformed and achieved great things and are always looking for something that fires your imagination and gives you opportunity to change the world for good ● are decisive in complex situations by taking logical actions ● are a data-driven, logical problem solver and you do not let your past experiences and learning cloud your judgment of analysing a problem in a brutally objective manner ● assume complete ownership of the tasks assigned to you ● are willing to get your hands dirty Qualification and Experience ● Post-graduates/Graduates from IITs/IIMs/BITS ● 4-8 years of experience in Marketing, Growth Hacking, Leadership, Sales ● Must have past experience of growing user base multifold ● Financial Services experience preferred Location : Bangalore, India
